    Ted Hughes Photo
    Ted Hughes - Co-President

    Ted is a Certified Financial Planner™ and holds two degrees from the University of Oklahoma: an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Ted has more than 20 years of financial experience, primarily in the area of asset management.


    He serves as Vice President of the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council and is a current member of the Financial Planning Association. He and his family are members of Christ the King Catholic Parish. Ted previously served on the planned giving committee at Christ the King and the board of the Heartland Rotary Club.

    Melinda Warren - Co-President

    Melinda is a Certified Financial Planner™ and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Business Administration. She holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary™ professional designation. AIF® designees have received comprehensive instruction that represents a thorough knowledge of investment fiduciary standards of care. Melinda currently serves on the board of the Oklahoma Planned Giving Council and Hospice of Oklahoma County.


    She is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Oklahoma City Estate Planning Council and the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning. She previously served on the board of the Baptist General Convention. Melinda also served as chair of the stewardship committee and is currently serving her third term on the finance committee of her church, Woodland Hills Baptist Church. Melinda previously worked for The Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma for 26 years, primarily in the areas of estate planning and beneficiary services.

    Diane Lippert - Vice President

    Diane is a registered investment advisor representative with Hughes Warren, Inc. and holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Oklahoma. She has more than 13 years of financial industry experience.


    Diane previously worked in marketing, fundraising and event planning for 13 years including Vice President positions at the YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City and United Way. She enjoys volunteering for the annual Festival of the Arts and is a member of Tri Delta Alumnae Association and Westminster Presbyterian Church.

    Debbie Loper - Client Services Manager

    Debbie has more than 25 years experience in the area of client relations, supervision and administration. She spent 20 years in the insurance industry where she earned the AAI® designation.


    Debbie worked for six years in development and fundraising for Oklahoma Baptist Homes for Children and as ministry assistant/event coordinator at the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma. She enjoys serving her community through her church, Faith Baptist of Guthrie, where she serves on the finance and outreach committees, as well as being the pastor’s wife.
